Thank you for booking your appointment with Medical Aesthetics Canada, we are so happy to have you back! Significant consideration has been made to ensure the reopening of our office keeps you and our team safe. Please read our important Covid-19 update below.

Significant considerations were made to ensure that we not only adhere to all Government regulations but also go beyond them when reopening our office. With the safety of our community at the heart of all decisions made, we’ve established the following steps to do our part in stopping the spread of Covid-19. 

Upon arriving for your appointment, you will be screened with the following questions: 

  1. Are you presenting with a fever, sore throat , runny nose, new onset of cough, worsening chronic cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?**
  2. Have you traveled outside of Canada or had close contact with anyone that has traveled

outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

  1. Have you had any form of contact or associated with anyone with COVID-19?

If you answer YES to any of these questions, your appointment will be rescheduled.  **If you have a history of seasonal allergies that mimic some of the symptoms above please inform us in advance.
What we are doing

Before and after each session the entire office and all equipment will be thoroughly cleaned using hospital grade sanitizer to kill infectious bacteria and viruses such as Covid-19. All clients will be encouraged to use the hand sanitizer offered upon entry. We ask that you wear a mask when you enter the building until your technician asks you to remove it. Our licensed technicians are required to wear a mask at all times when in the office and will be washing their hands before and after every appointment and will wear surgical gloves at all times when working with clients. Additionally, our technicians are being screened daily for Covid-19 symptoms prior to the start of their day including checking their body temperature.  
We will continue to monitor the situation, and will share updates to this policy with you as time passes, and new information is available. Thank you for your continued support, kind messages and virtual hugs. We are excited to adapt to our new normal and continue to ensure every client continues to receive the best treatment and experience possible.
